Register for Open Public Sessions in the U.S
Open testing sessions of TOEIC are held 12 times a year at various locations. The cost is $65.
Have your Visa or MasterCard ready (cards must be registered in your name) to register online.
You can also register by downloading and mailing a completed TOEIC application form (PDF). Send it with your payment to:

Register for Open Public Sessions Outside the U.S.
Contact your local ETS representative to register.
If there is no representative for your country, or if you need an alternate testing location, fill out an TOEIC information request. ETS may be able to make the test available to you.
Registration Deadline
The Open Test deadline is always the Thursday one week prior to the test at 5:00 PM, Eastern Time (New York). For example, if you want to take the test on April 15, you should register by 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 6.
