Some people believe that children are given too much free time. They feel that this time should be used to do more school work. How do you think children should spent their free time.
Education has become one of the most important aspects of a child. That's way, some peoples think that children’s leisure time should be use to do their schoolwork. On the other hand, some people believe that children's should provide more free time to do their exploration work or their other productive activities, from which a confidence in build up inside them but the students should have the ability to achieve and is measured by their scores in the educational tests or exams. If a child does not have good marks in his exam then he must not taking interest in his study or he is physically weak. So first, the parents should make their children mind towards education or should care for his weakness than they may provide more leisure time to their children. Now, I would like to mention the advantages and disadvantages of giving leisure time to the children.
There are various advantages of giving leisure time to children for their productive work or their other productive activities that need to discuss in detail.
To start with, the children watch movies, dramas and cartoons and read stories books, the parents think that these things would not be provide a child anything but they don't know, these things teach a child different languages, they understand how to behave with other and different cultures rules about which they know and what is right or wrong, they can decide or a confidence is build up inside them and this is the main advantage giving leisure time to children.
Secondly, the children play games like cricket, hockey, football, tennis and other puzzle games on a computer or on another media. These games keep children physically and mentally fit. They never gone a weak, they can solve mathematical task easily and can give the scientific solution perfectly.
Thirdly, the children also use the simulation program about different things in leisure time. These simulation programs teach a child, how do we perform a task and these simulation programs increase their knowledge and ability.
Moreover, in leisure time, when children play the games like cricket, hockey, football and tennis they do grouping, make pairs and make teams in these games and also make new friends during this grouping and understanding and learn, how we should live unite.
Despite the facts that giving leisure time to the children has many advantages, I still feel it has many disadvantages as well. Firstly, when we give leisure time to the children they make their routine and don’t complete their school home, when they get more homework from their schools. This can affect their schools exam ranking. So, children should not provide much free time.
Secondly, there are lot of educational seminars and exhibitions organize in schools, the schools management take the children to different places like industries and banks and there are lot of stage programs, acts and concerts also organizes which increase the children knowledge and their ability.
In addition, the children's school uniforms, the classes in a school and examination's with their results teaches a child regulations of a society.
At last, I am able to reflect back on some of the experiences, I have had in my life that have helped to make me the person, I am today. I was able to see how well I would be. I know myself and now, I have done well to the others. Now in the final analysis, I think that the advantages to provide additional leisure time to children are more as compare to the disadvantages but if a child gets good result in his exams, take participations in schools seminars and exhibitions and does his school homework perfectly then the parents should give children much leisure time for his extra exploring and productive curricular activities.
